"I have always had German Shepherds growing up, so I don’t know much about other dogs, but I know A LOT about these dogs, and I’ve gotten each one from a different breeder each time. (So about 12 breeders throughout my life)

When I contacted Lucie, I had just had a female of mine pass away from cancer and our 9 year old male had just been diagnosed with cancer as well. My husband and myself have a 12 year old son who has had dogs (GSDs) in his life since he was born, and none of us were ready to be dog less and have a quiet home just yet.

My older male was my first long hair I had ever had, and not only was he (literally) a head turner but I had noticed he shed a lot less than my stock coated female. Which of course is what led me to KOZ.

When I say that they are the best breeders I’ve dealt with you can take it to the bank because trust me, IVE DONE THE LEG WORK 😅.

They are so thorough, loving, informed and professional. The whole experience is top notch. And don’t even get me started on the dogs they have. Beautiful, long coated and rock solid genetics that they are VERY transparent with.

We literally got a female from them, lost our older male, and turned right back around to Dallas and got a male from them as well.

I think the biggest compliment I can give Lucie and Alonzo is that I will NOT be recommending them to people. It sounds weird, but I would literally only give people the name “Kings of Zion” with Lucies contact info if I knew they were ROCK SOLID dog owners. They are operating at an elite level of breeding, and really should only be reserved for serious German shepherd owners.

If you’re an owner of one of their dogs, you’re in a very special, and elevated club, and that’s the best compliment you can give a breeder imo.

If you are thinking about getting a long haired GSD, look no further!!! Lucie has been talking for nearly 2 years. I was in college knowing I wanted a GSD, but I understood it wasn’t the time. After researching and looking for a reputable breeder for a German Shepherd, I stubbled across this beautiful couple.
