On June 25th, 2026 we welcomed a beautiful litter.
~ OTTI & LEGADO ~
Rare - Diamond Litter at King Of Zion ... Some moments in life remind us, why we fell in love with German Shepherds and this profession in the first place.
These moments are sprinkled in throughout our journey - and these baby bears - this litter - is one of those moments. There is much of our GSD personal history in them.
Otti came to us after receiving an exceptional foundation are ratings in Germany. Like every - true - great dog, her success is the result of many people dedicating their time, knowledge, and passion to her development. It truly takes a village. We were blessed to become part of her journey and continue developing her into the extraordinary female she is today.
For many breeders and enthusiasts, owning a VA dog is a dream. To share life with a female that earned not one, but two VA ratings, with us - under Lucie's leadership - is something we never take for granted. Otti achieved the prestigious titles of VA1 Canadian National Siegerin and VA2 USA National Vice-Siegerin while in our care, and watching her accomplish those milestones has been one of the proudest experiences of our journey with German Shepherds.
Beyond the titles, Otti is simply a special soul. She is powerful, beautiful, intelligent, and affectionate. She has the kind of presence that turns heads wherever she goes, yet at home she is happiest being surrounded by her people.
And - she is the Queen of our kennel. She demands is from rest of the dogs as well.
When the time came to select a mate for Otti, our choice was easy this time. It was Legado's time!
Legado has been one of those dogs, that was brought to life unexpectedly, simply from being obedient to the Lord. We were not looking to add a male puppy at that time, yet the Lord said "He is yours". From a young age, he showed us exactly who he was. Confident, willing, joyful, and always made us smile and ready to work. Legado has earned impressive accomplishments throughout his career, but what makes him truly remarkable is his character. He approaches everything with enthusiasm and big heart, and anyone who has spent time with him understands why he is so loved by our family.
This breeding brings together two dogs that represent much we value. Beauty without sacrificing temperament. Working ability without sacrificing stability. Confidence without unnecessary hardness.
We expect puppies that will carry the best qualities of both parents. Dogs that are capable, intelligent, loyal, and beautiful. Dogs that can excel in many different environments while remaining what German Shepherds were always meant to be.
