~ IRONHIDE x JADE ~
What a special litter ... Jade has been such a special girl since she was little. She was the VP1 National Champion Siegerin as a puppy in 2023, then she was the SG1 South Central Regional Champion/ Siegerin and last year, right before she traveled for training to Germany. While in Europe, she became the National SG3 in the Netherlands and topped the season off with becoming the 13th best young female in the world at the BSZS '2024 Championship. She has earned all of her working titles up to IGP2 as a very young dog and finished with breed survey last Fall. When we began to consider, who will be the special mate for her first litter ... we looked no where else, then to the lines of the one and only Zitan. We have said it before, and if you know us even just a little, you know ZITAN is our all time favorite.
This time - with the final decision - we have decided to add even more of a special blend and thru the mate's mother line, who we have been watching closely for a few years now, one of our favorite stock coat females - the VA Baisha di Casa Caputi, who we had the privilege meet in person visiting Germany couple years ago.
Ironside vom Wanakon is a male, who is a rarity. He carries great strength mixed with correctness in his structure, his coat is stunningly red and his temperament is an example of a great GSD. When we met him in Germany, as a big pup, young 16 month old, what a treat to see such upcoming quality male! Not to mention to heritage he carries.
Therefore, we are so very excited about this litter, and we will be watching them grow sitting on the edge of the seat.
