Our Commitment to You
We understand that despite the best breeding practices, genetics can be unpredictable.
- If your puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian with a genetic condition that will prevent of from living normal and healthy life or severe hip/elbow dysplasia confirmed through OFA, or an equivalent specialist, we will replace your puppy with one of equal value from a future litter.
King Of Zion will request medical reports, may seek second opinion, and will always work with you in a way that is fair, transparent, and compassionate.
What We Ask From You
To keep this warranty valid, we require that:
- Your puppy is maintained at a healthy weight and condition.
- Your puppy receives proper exercise according to age, especially during crucial physical developmental period 3-12 months. No over-exercising or under-exercising your puppy. ( Proper exercise is discussed on "Puppy Pick-Up" page: here )
- Your puppy receives regular veterinary care, including vaccinations and parasite prevention.
- The dog is not bred (unless agreed in a breeding contract / dog must obtain SV Breed Survey).
- Any signs of lameness, discomfort, or health concerns are addressed promptly by a licensed veterinarian and communicated to KOZ.
